Since 2017 I have worked as Business and Executive Coach, especially with Sales and Relationship Managers to improve personal and professional skills. My best interest is to bring out potential, talent and creativity, by combining wellbeing and performance.

Also I’m working as self-employed with a personal brand RCforHR.
Mainly, I support companies to plan tailor made projects to improve skills and performances of managerial people about items like change mindset, team working, reverse leadership, engagement and worklife balance, communication and emotional relationship, anti-fragile.
